General Compliance
Cambion Electronics Ltd has completed a comprehensive evaluation of its product range to ensure compliance with RoHS Directives 2002/95/EC, 2011/65/EU, & 2015/863/EU regarding maximum concentration values for substances. As a result all products are manufactured using raw materials that do not contain any of the restricted substances referred to in Article 4(1) of the RoHS Directives 2002/95/EC, 2011/65/EU, & 2015/863/EU at concentration levels in excess of those permitted under the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, 2011/65/EU, & 2015/863/EU, or up to levels allowed in excess of these concentrations by the Annex to the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, 2011/65/EU, & 2015/863/EU
Non Compliant Products
Cambion Electronics Ltd may produce non-compliant products either in response to specific customer requests or market demand. Where these products are then made generally available they will be appropriately identified at the point of sale as non compliant with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, 2011/65/EU, & 2015/863/EU. Third party products specified or free issued by customers shall not be covered by this statement of compliance and the obligation to ensure compliance will remain with the customer.
Due Diligence
Cambion Electronics Ltd will make every appropriate effort to ensure compliance regarding maximum concentration values for substances as defined in RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, 2011/65/EU, & 2015/863/EU. However, companies that manufacture Electrical or Electronic Equipment are obliged to ensure compliance with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, 2011/65/EU, & 2015/863/EU and must bear the responsibility of ensuring that their obligations regarding the appropriate laws and legislation are observed. Cambion Electronics Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied and assumes no third party liability in connection with any use of the information in its statements of compliance.

Company statement concerning the EU Directives on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE Directive)
Examination of these regulations had the result that Cambion Electronics Ltd does not come under the provisions of the Directive.
Cambion Electronics Ltd. produces electrical/electronic components, it does not manufacture electrical and electronic equipment in the sense of the directive. Cambion Electronics Ltd products are in the category of "items which are not finished products". They are sold to other producers for further processing to form a finished electrical product.
